What is The Process Like?
Once your appointment is booked with our online booking or by contacting one of our LMTs directly, we will then arrive at your home for the scheduled appointment and start the setup process. The setup and pack up takes 15 minutes on each end of the session. There are options if you prefer a heated or non heated table for your comfortability. The session will use an all natural oil or cream. You will then receive the entire length of your scheduled session.

Our company name Focus and Flow Massage, came about because we like to highlight the two main techniques used in giving a great massage – it’s either focused energy or flowing energy. Derek and Jessica are great at both, with each of them having techniques and specialties that are either focused or flowing, or a magnificent mixture of both.
We started Focus and Flow with enthusiasm and a passion to help people heal! We are results oriented and aim for the highest outcome for each and every client. From classic to state-of-the-art we have a spectrum of amazing wellness services to share with you!
